Q: What’s your sample policy?

A: We provide free sample if your items are in stock and no customization requirements. But for custom products we will charge some custom sample fee, and the custom sample fee is refundable, which means we will return it to you, if your bulk order meet 1000 pcs .

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Depending on the quantity and shipping method. Normally, 3-5 work days for items in stock, 10-20 days for adding logo on the items in stock , 25-30 days for customized items such as custom size , color and material, etc.
